I was curious what everyone idea was a socially acceptable fourth dimension to start trimming, edging, mowing, etc., on whatsoever given Saturday/Sunday?
7AM probably is a flake likewise early, but 9AM? Is in that location an adopted norm outside of any agreement with a neighbour?
Just curious what everyone thought.

Where I alive at that place is a city ordinance. You tin get-go at vii:30 am and make racket until about eight:30pm. Outside those hours a cop will come and tell you to put it away or threaten you with a ticket unless in that location are some kind of extenuating circumstances. I usually don't become out before 10:30 am anyway.

I hope I didn't make any other neighbors mad when I mowed at 7:30am last sat... my excuse if a police officeholder shows upward "a reel mower simply cuts and then nice with dew on the grass!"

8am during the summer. It's more often than not already 95-100 at that time. Winter I wait til it'southward convenient to wear out the kids for a nap. Probably around 9 or 10am. Could practise it earlier but I don't.

I'd say 7:30 AM on Saturday here, because when it's near Summer and already at 85°F at 8 AM, yeah, you tin lose a little sleep Mr. Neighbor. Your chickens don't care if I want to sleep in.

I usually wait until at least ten:00 am simply feel like I could start before if I wanted to. I practise hear some people mowing their lawns at 8:00 am some weekends simply effigy I can expect, plus I similar to await for the dew to fire off earlier mowing.

I don't empathise these morning time mowers! Offset of all, I don't similar doing annihilation early, and second, I don't like to mow clammy grass. That said, in that location are neighbors and also professional landscapers who mow around viii:00AM sometimes.
